What Does The Right Health Care Mean To You?
Our caregivers and services are flexible and are made custom to meet the various needs of our clients in a manner that is best for them. We will formulate a partnership by working on a one-to-one basis. The involved individuals will take part in the decisions about their health and care as a collective to design, examine, and analyze the delivery of services.
What We Offer
Our employees are trained to accommodate participants with their physical needs. This includes but is not limited to, aiding participants with relearning how to perform daily tasks. We help our participants with his/her basic personal needs, such as, getting out of bed, walking, bathing, and dressing. While a beloved participant is being medically cared for in their home, we will assist with chores and tasks within the household. Our task includes but is not limited to, assisting with meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping necessities. Participants who are home alone may require a companion to provide them comfort and supervision. A New Journey Healthcare and Senior Services provide our beloved participants with trustworthy and honorable companionship. We take pride in our reputation.
Physical
We accelerate the learning process for participants on how to perform daily duties (bathing, eating, getting patients dressed, etc.)
Home Health Aides
We facilitate participants with their basic personal needs such as getting out of bed, walking, dressing, and bathing.
Home Assistance Care
In an event that a patient is being medically cared for in their home, we will assist with chores and tasks within the household. We will proudly aid his/her with meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items.
Companionship
For those patients who may be home alone without supervision, we will provide a source of companionship and comfort. Companions may also perform household duties upon request.
